At The Gardens at St. Henry our care plans are created to address the medically complex needs of our residents, while promoting the highest possible quality of life and level of function. We offer both long-term and short-term care as well as respite care for those times when primary at-home caretakers are in need of a short break. Our professional staff, led by our Medical Director, consists of attending physicians, physical, occupational and speech therapists, nursing staff, Activities Director, care plan coordinators and social workers. Specialty medical services are also provided on-site as needed.

The Gardens at St. Henry is a 25-unit assisted living center offering studios and two-room suites. Your room becomes your home as you personalize it with your own furnishings, decorator touches and treasured mementos. Family and friends are encouraged to visit often and provisions are made to allow whatever privacy or personal considerations are required to accommodate such visits. Each private residence features:

Rehabilitation Services
The goal of rehabilitation is to help residents return to their homes following a lengthy hospital or rehabilitation stay. Individuals in need of these services receive interdisciplinary care designed for their particular needs. When the time is right, rehabilitation transitions to restorative services as we test the durability of newly acquired skills and help residents continue to improve stamina. We involve family and caretakers to prepare them to support the resident after discharge. We can also make in-home visits to identify and remediate any barriers within the environment that might present challenges to the individual’s ability to fully function independently at home.
